Andrey TURUNOV - Head of Customers Engagement & Retention Division, Russian Post

Mr. Frank Ferro is the Director IT Logistics
for PostNL. His IT department manages

several logistics applications including
transport management systems,
warehouse management systems,
robotized warehouses and distribution
systems that are all cloud based.

Frank is also responsible for the Data
Analytics centre, heading a team of highly
qualified data scientist that see fun and
value in data and work techniques. By
introducing a Big Data training program,

the team has helped senior management
make PostNL a data driven company.
Frank

His previous experience at PostNL
included heading the Billing & Document FERRO
Solution as Sales Director. Before Joining
PostNL his has worked for companies Director IT Logistics,
such as Cendris (TNT) and LogicaCMG in POSTNL
the area of Sales and IT.
