Member of PostEurop’s Management Board since March 2011 and is the
Chairperson of the Security and Customs Transversal (SCT).

Background in operations, logistics, customs and security
Based in the UK now but work as a senior consultant for the British Postal Consultancy Service (BPCS) in
South America and the Caribbean region.
Head of the British Delegation for the UPU. He holds a number of key positions on the POC as well as
being the current designated Chair of the Conference of Commonwealth of Postal Admission (CCPA)
and a member of the Board of the Caribbean Post Union (CPU).
He has a key role is leading the modernisation and transformation of the UK customs services through
operational change, improving efficiency and migrating customs to digital platform. He manages
relationship with various key stakeholders both internally and externally.
