Vodafone Shared Services Romania will provide IT and
COPS services to Vodafone Local Markets
• VSS Romania will provide Customer Care services for a total of 90 million
Vodafone customers from UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland
• VSS Romania will deliver IT Help Desk for the internal needs of the 5
Vodafone companies, plus Vodafone Group (HQ)
• Vodafone invests a total of £5m (Euro 6.25 Million), to set up the new
premises and build the capabilities of the new Center
• The new Center is located in Bucharest, Avrig 3-5 Business Building
