Riverside serve a new station at Barking
Extension Riverside, costing £190m overall. The
scheme forms part of a combined
transport package which includes
improvements to the A13 Renwick Road
junction, further enhancements to bus
services and the development of a local
road network, walking and cycling
routes.
Planning consent would be required
which could be submitted by 2015. This
would enable scheme construction
commence by 2017.
