Romania's telecommunications authority Ancom opened a public consultation on a draft decision that regulates how operators provide information on access to public or private property, according Telecompaper. Moreover, the draft decision details the deadlines for sending each category of documents and establishes the terms under which the providers have access to the information sent to Ancom.
 
Ancom said that operators who will fail to report pieces of information and documents about the matter in compliance with the deadlines, format and manner of submission will receive fines ranging from RON 1,000 to RON 100,000.
