Bulgaria's telecommunications authority CRC launched a public consultation procedure on the prospects for use of the available spectrum in the 1.5 GHz, 2 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 3.6 GHz radio frequency bands, according Telecompaper. The authority proposes to sell 40 MHz in the 1.5 GHz (1452-1492 MHz) band, 2 blocks of 60 MHz in the band 2 GHz (1920-1980 MHz and 2110-2170 MHz), 2 blocks of 70 MHz FDD and 1 block of 50 MHz TDD in the 2.6 GHz (2500-2690 MHz) band as well as 400 MHz in the 3.6 GHz (3400-3800 MHz) band.
